Assignment description: For this assignment we were to take pictures of people using proper lighting techniques.

What I learned: I learned how to use the lights to take quality portrait pictures. We also learned how to use bounce cards to reflect light for the pictures.

Assignment Description: For this assignment I went outside and walked around my neighborhood taking pictures. For this assignment I decided to take pictures because of the sunny weather.

Summary: During this assignment I got some good pictures of the trees and and long grass. I tried to get a picture of hummingbirds but they always flew away before I could.

Assignment Description: For this assignment we were to take pictures of our teacher driving a motorcycle. To take the pictures we were to pan which is following the subject with the camera moving at a similar speed.
















What I learned: I improved my skills of panning and taking better motion pictures.

Assignment Description: For this assignment we were told to take 3 pictures of the same area and combine them together into one panoramic picture.

Summary: During this assignment I learned how to combine pictures together and make them look like just one photo.

Assignment description: For this assignment we were supposed to edit a picture of a car taken by another student. We were to edit the picture to make it look as close to the final product as possible. We were given the beginning and end result to try to replicate it.

Assignment description: For this weeks assignment I decided to take pictures of food. I took pictures of different types of food and from different angles.

Summary: What I learned during this assignment is how to find better perspectives and backgrounds. I found that certain cameras do not capture the image that you hope for and to be careful about my settings.

Gimp Pop Art

Assignment description: For this assignment I had to take a picture and then change it around using gimp. I had to crop the picture, and then turn it into a diagram of four different pictures and change the color.

What I learned: I learned how to use gimp and how to edit pictures and take certain things out of the picture. And also how to add things like color.
